By accessing, browsing, or using the abc22 platform at abc22.io, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the abc22 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by abc22, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, tennis, and other markets), live casino games, slot games, and any other gaming or wagering products made available on the platform.

abc22 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending verification.

Any account found to have been registered by a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria — in particular the minimum age requirement — will be closed immediately, and all funds held in that account will be dealt with in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Each individual player may hold only one registered account on the abc22 platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended, balances forfeited, and the player being permanently excluded from the platform.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid mobile number, and any other details requested by abc22 during the registration process or during subsequent account verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not disclose your username, password, or any account authentication details to any third party. abc22 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Account registration on abc22 is subject to identity verification. abc22 reserves the right to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures at any stage and to request supporting documentation such as a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification before approving withdrawal requests or increasing account limits.

abc22 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment channels may be made available from time to time and will be listed in the Wallet section of the platform.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit amount, although abc22 reserves the right to apply account-level deposit limits in accordance with its responsible gaming policies or following an internal risk assessment.

abc22 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, following a public holiday, or where additional account verification is required.

abc22 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal in the following circumstances:

abc22 does not impose platform-level fees on standard withdrawal transactions. Currency conversion is not applicable as all accounts operate in BDT.

abc22 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all abc22 promotional offers:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: All bonus offers are subject to an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings not used within the stated timeframe will be removed from the account automatically.

abc22 reserves the right to void any bet placed in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on a market affected by a palpable error in odds pricing, which abc22 will define as a price significantly inconsistent with the true market price at the time of placement.
• The outcome of the event on which the bet was placed is determined to have been influenced by corrupt activity, match-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation.
• The bet was placed after the relevant event or market had already concluded.
• abc22 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed using insider information not available to the general public.

In the event of a game malfunction or technical interruption, affected rounds may be voided and wagers returned to players' accounts.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the abc22 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, abc22 will process any remaining eligible balance to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe, provided all applicable verification requirements are met.

abc22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
